Why we need this

By default the internet, is wide open with no filters. This means that anything and everything can be accessed at any moment. While having access to knowledge is good, having access to everything the world offers is not so good. With the Screen Time settings on the iPhone, we can limit access to Adult Porn websites through Safe Search. However, this is not perfect, and if you allow access to other browsers, Safe Search may not apply. CleanBrowsing takes care of this, by setting all your browsers to safe filtering and will limit access to images, and even searches that are considered pornographic in nature. CleanBrowsing is set up as a VPN on your phone and through DNS filtering will allow all your searches to be sent through a safe filter. This VPN will only affect internet traffic, and will not block access to APPS you have installed on your phone nor access to content within those apps. It will only affect content through the internet browser(s). Again, no filtering is perfect, but using this in conjunction with the Screen Time settings will make a difference.
